“TRINITY”
The Holy Trinity of the Christian Church consists of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. This load of patriarchal nonsense was trotted out by an organisation keen to erase the importance of the creative feminine from its power structures.

The actual trinity was, of course, Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus. And no, Mary was not a virgin and sex is not a sin. For too many years Western society laboured under this misguided belief that sex is shameful and we carry the vestiges of this seed that was planted and upheld by the Christian church in all of our psyches today.
